A Guide to Productive Relationships

This free, practical guide is produced jointly by REC and CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development). It identifies and illustrates good practice in building and maintaining productive relationships between HR and recruitment agencies.

The guide moves through the initial stages of building and maintaining a relationship, from the selection process, to fostering a longer-term partnership, where added value becomes a natural extension of the process and both parties work together effectively for greater strategic benefit. It demonstrates good practice examples, case histories and key messages for HR and recruitment agencies.
